It's a Girl!!!

So after the long wait we finally found out today that we are having a girl! I would post some ultrasound pics but they are kind of scary and if I wasn't there to hear what it was I probably wouldn't know. I will get some 3D ones when we get home and are a little farther along to post. I just thought I would let everyone know it is a girl and we are way excited. Her name will be McKinley Hart Hanna. I am now headed to the mall to buy some pink girly clothes!!!!

Rascal Flatts Concert with Taylor Swift!!!

On Saturday, Brandon and I had the opportunity (thanks to Brandon's hard work, for Stacy and Cam for babysitting, and my research skills) to go to a Rascal Flatts Concert. Taylor Swift was their opening act, and we love her also!!! She did so amazing and was so beautiful. We only got to see 2 of her songs as we were stuck in traffic for the last 5 miles for over 2 hours!!! I knew we would be in traffic but not this bad! I was thankful we bought a parking pass, because our parking was right by the entrance which meant we got home in a 1/2 hour!!! Rascal Flatts were amazing singers and performers and it was such a fun experience!!! We had a blast so thanks to those who helped get us there!!!

Ocean City Take 2!!

We decided to go back to Ocean City one more time before it's time to go home. It was way fun, especially since my friend from home, Tiffany Linford, was able to come with us. Brandon did awesome boogie boarding...the best I've seen him do and so I was proud!!! I wish I could go but my growing belly might get in the way! Brax had a blast playing in the sand again and I just kinda chilled!!! It was fun to be in the sun and just enjoy the day!!!

Colonial Farm

We went to this colonial farm. It is a real farm and all the workers dress to the day. They grow their own food, hence the turkey :), and we got yummy fruit, corn, chicken, bread, everything it was amazing. It was so fun to be in the atmosphere with friends. I bought lots of cool stuff and fun toys for Braxton!!!

So on Saturday Braxton and I had the opportunity to go to Braxton's first Birthday party. Luke McKinley was turning 3 and Braxton got invited!!! It was at Chuck E. Cheese and Braxton loved it! It was so much fun. We had pizza and then the kids went and ran around playing games like wild kids and then we opened presents and had cake and ice cream. Braxton was scared of the rides that moved, as you can tell in the one picture ha ha! We might not be taking him to disney land anytime soon ;) It was so fun and Melissa did a wonderful job and set the standard for kid's birthday parties!!! It was a blast!!!

21. Who proposed? Brandon, we went horseback riding to a spot his wonderful sister had set out with fake champagne, and a dozen roses, and he proposed then we went to the rodeo it was a blast!

Fourth of July!

This year we decided not to go into D.C. to watch the fireworks. We had a blast though. We had a BBQ with kabobs and burgers and lots of yummy fruit, and then we drove into Leesburg and watched the fireworks there, and then we came home and lit off our own fireworks. Braxton liked the fireworks that were far away, but was scared of the ones we lit off that made noise. It was really funny!!! We had so much fun and it was a great day to hang out with the husbands and enjoy being with family and friends!!!
