Kids Bedrooms and Life

Braxton's room is going to be blue and browmn with a woodsy feel I still have a bunch of decorations I just need to paint them blue so it prob won't get done till after the summer! McKinley's room sill has a bunch also that prob won't get done but I love how they are turning out! I thought this pic of McKinley talking on her rattle phone was so cute! This pic sums up her personality completely! What a girl! Anyways at our house we are getting ready to leave on Tuesday! I can't believe the summer is already here I'm not ready to leave but oh well!
I have decided to stop taking birth control-not because we want another baby but because it makes me nuts! Anyone else feel the same way? I was having bad headaches, I got really dizzy, I was mean all the time geez I was horrible all around! Anyways thats all that's going on here!

Pictures Finally!

So alot has happened since I last posted! We finally finished our basement and we LOVE it! We are always watching movies on the projector and the kids finally have their own rooms! I will have to post pics of their rooms later because they turned out soooooo cute! The 6th was my birthday and we basically moved stuff from upstairs to downstairs all day but that night we went shopping and to Johnny Carino's!!! It was a blast. On Saturday the 7th we went to green canyon and had a blast and then on the 8th we blessed McKinley! We had so much family come up for the blessing! We are so blessed to live by so many of our family members! Brandon gave her such a beautiful blessing I couldn't be prouder of him! Here are some overdue pictures of McKinley!!!!

5 Things I'm Loving Right Now

I know everyone wants pictures of McKinley and frankly so do I but we have a missing camera. If we cannot find it by Friday we will be buying a new one so stay tuned! Right now there are some things that I just love that make life better.


1. My I-shuffle-how nice is it for working out! So small and still holds tons of songs and you can't beat the price!


2. Neutrogena makeup remover wipes. K-so I am one of those people who have to wash their face at nights or I break-out bad and usually I don't want to put forth the effort so these wipes are so handy for those too tired nights!


3. The "lose it" application for the I-phone! You put in your current weight and the weight you want to get down to and it calculates how many calories you should eat in a day. Then you add the foods you ate that day and it calculates it for you! It has been a real eye opener to me! I took Brax to Mc Donalds and got some food myself and found out I ate most my calories for the day in one single meal! Sickening huh!!!


4. DVR- I always record the shows I love and watch them once the kids are asleep for a little me time! It is so nice!

5. Etsy.com- I just discovered this website and it was trouble for me! I found all these cute headbands and flowers for McKinley-I had to tell myself you don't need five different pink flowers!!! I was going nuts (then took a chill pill and came back to reality!!!) Check it out if you haven't!

So I know I am really lame that I love these items, but I do! Life is much better with them around!!! Hope to post some new pics this weekend!
