3D Ultrasound

Today we went and had a 3D ultrasound done. I love being able to see your baby before it is born it makes it feel so much more real! We got some great pictures! She was being so cooperative and the nurse said they were the best pictures she had ever taken, and that they might have to use them for their advertisement! I am hoping the cooperativeness will transfer over into real life.....good luck with that huh?! Sorry that I had to take a picture of a picture-our scanner/printer isn't working and I am too impatient to wait! I am now even more excited for our little girl to come to our family, if that is possible, and am looking forward to having another girl present in the house-rule out some of the manliness!!!

Pumpkin Craft

On Saturday me and Ashley (my little sis) decided to adventure in this project my sister Cara had sent to us to try. You take pieces of fabric and sew them to create these cute pumpkins. I am not the best seamstress by any means and I was able to make them so that goes to show how easy they are, but they turned out super cute! The first picture is my table runner- I have only made 3 pumpkins so far and have 5 to go! The second picture is of an indivual pumpkin-don't you think they turned out cute!!! The lady she got this from said she saw them in a boutique and they were 20-25 dollars a piece and I made mine for like 5 dollars a piece! Party

So this past weekend was the annual end of the summer party at Beaver Dick. It was way fun. The boys rode the mechanical bull and jousted with those big Q-tip looking things. There was pizza and prizes. Me and Brandon entered in the raffle but are so unlucky that we knew we wouldn't win anything so we left at like 11. Right before we left they had a raffle for a TV and the number they read was one number before mine so I was like oh man I was so close. We left thinking they just called the number before me no way would I get called and neither would Bran. So we gave our tickets to one of our friends who sold with us and left. Well 15 minutes later we get a phone call saying my ticket had won the diamond necklace, but we told them they could have it since we left early. Crazy huh? I must be the most unlucky person ever! Oh well! I did break a mirror in Virginia-do you believe in 7 years bad luck?? I hope not!!! The first picture is of Megan, Stacy, Lindsay, and Me (all girls who were out this summer with us)! There were so many people there if you look in the last picture you can see how many there were!

Cave Falls and Grandma and Grandpa Horse's house

We went up to Cave Falls on Sunday after church with our friends Jake and Bridgette and their daughter Linley. It was so fun to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been having! I loved this picture of Brax in front of the waterfall. Too bad it was so bright!

Here is a cute pic of our family.

Braxton handing mom a flower as I took the picture. It was really funny because right after the picture he got frustrated that I wasn't taking the flower from him so he threw it at me!!!! I guess I better put down the camera next time!

We wrapped Braxton up with the "pink snake" at his Grandpa and Grandma horse's house. He loved it!

I loved this picture. He was trying to run away and Grandma caught him and I loved the expression on his face. Such a little boy!

There is a cave right by cave falls, hence the name, so we went down in it and I got this awesome picture!

Here is Braxton and I playing in the water. He was throwing rocks and splashing me and he loved it!

This is Brandon and Braxton throwing rocks! Braxton loves rocks! Whenever we go on walks he picks up at least 5 new rocks to play with at home-outside of course! I think it is so funny how much of a boy he is sometimes. Just let him outside with dirt, rocks, water, and he will be in heaven!!! Sorry for the millions of pictures I just loved them all and felt like I couldn't leave any out!!!

Park, Football games, Bugs, and More!

So we are pretty boring but I guess this is our life! We went to the park and had a blast! Braxton played on the swings and slide. The one picture is of him roaring at the other kids (don't ask me where he got that....maybe because we ask him what sound a bear makes...i don't know anyways...) Then we each took pictures with Braxton. I only put the picture of me on to show that I am now 6 1/2 months pregnant and I look huge! You know when you think you don't look THAT big until you see a picture and then you realize you do look THAT big. Oh well hopefully I lose it all that is all that matters!

We decided to go watch the end of one of the Madison Football Games. It was fun to get out even though we lost with 38 seconds left!

Then we were out playing one morning -Braxton riding his trike- and we came across a praying mantis. I have never seen one in real life so I thought it was pretty cool. Brandon rescued it and put it in one of our trees. I had to take a picture since it was so cool!!!

Summer Fun

This past weekend Brandon and I have been busy. I have been trying to organize our house and Brandon has been cleaning up the weeds from our yard and tring to get it all looking nice. If you look at the pic with his truck you can see that we had so many weeds it filled the back of his truck!!! Braxton has been loving riding his trike around while Brandon works.
Then on Sunday we went and ate at Grandma and Grandpa muscle car's house. We jumped on the tramp, ate apples from the trees, went down the slide, and played on their swingset! Brax had a blast!

Our Crazy 2 weeks!!!

So this past two weeks have been pretty crazy. We packed up our 2 vehicles completely full and drove 33 hours home passing through 9 states!!! Brax did awesome!
Then Adrienne (Brandon's sister) was blessing her new beautiful baby, Adalyn, in Rexburg so we decided to take some family pictures. I posted my favorites of each of the individual families. Brax got strep throat over the weekend and so he is looking kinda sad in the pictures poor guy.
On Labor Day we decided to chill at the APX building and play games since it was cold outside. We had a blast!
Then Grandma helped Brax put together his new trike. Brax was so involved with helping put it together it was so cute. He loved his new trike and I'm sure we will be out everyday riding it before the summer is over! He was pretty adorable!
Well we are glad to be home and are enjoying our last few days of Summer!!!
